Founder did not have a clear vision.

Founder stated that they did not have a clear vision for the company and admitted that their lack of clear vision led them towards experiencing undifferentiated offerings that could not capture the imagination of their customers.
Thus, it made them hard to build a meaningful company.
He explained further that the problem of the existing company was that it was designed to deliver services, and not their customer needs.
Therefore, when they understood what their customer needs were, they changed and started on a new company called Epiphany.
